Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after receiving payment and confirmed shipping information.
Shipping notifications with tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Defective Books
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will happily provide a replacement or issue a full refund upon return of the damaged item. Please include a photo of the damage in your initial email to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the book is in its original condition.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the book is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your book for another title or format, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The book must be returned in its original condition, and any price differences or shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
